MAYTIME COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION ANNUAL PUBLIC MEETING
We hereby give notice that the Maytime Community Association Annual Public Meeting for Maytime SRA ratepayers will take place on:

Agenda
- FINANCIAL STATEMENTS – Presentation of Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2023.
- SRA BUDGET – Presentation and voting on the proposed budget for the period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.
- ELECTION OF DIRECTORS of the Maytime Community Association NPC for the forthcoming 12 months.
Registration
Maytime SRA Ratepayers (Property Owners) or their properly appointed proxy holders are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting. These persons will be required to sign an attendance register at the meeting. Ratepayers/property owners may appoint a proxy to attend the meeting and to vote on their behalf (click link for form – Proxy Form). Please take care to ensure that this is properly completed in all respects to avoid the proxy being rejected. Proxy forms must be returned to the MCA office crimestop@maytime.za.net at the latest 24 hours prior to the meeting.
The draft annual budget and details on nomination procedure/directors available for re-election will follow on email in advance of the meeting.
